Steve came out for a suspected leak, found it within about 30 minutes of being here, and fixed it quickly. Wonderful experience with him and the office staff. Very happy!

I highly recommend this company. I called at 7:00 in the morning with an issue with my kitchen sink plumbing and Steve came out, quickly assessed the issue and we decided to replace the faucet. He took a lunch break, did another job and returned after I had gone and purchased a new faucet. He completed the install in a very short period of time. I was pleased with how efficiently and quickly Steve worked.

Brent working the office number was quickly responsive and perceptive. Plumber, Steve, came to our house Monday morning. He deftly fixed and improved the defective shutoff valve situation under the kitchen sink. There are now two valves, -1) to the water filter, - 2) to cold water. It looks good, a smart fix, and we are so relieved. Steve couldn't have been nicer, professional and organized.

I had a water line issue over the weekend. Good luck finding a plumber to work weekends. Monday morning, I started calling for someone to come out and fix water line. Some of the companies I called were two weeks out. One company, John Rice Plumbing was just rude. The tone in his voice was....why are you calling. Don't you know I'm busy. I called Patterson Plumbing and gave them all the pertinent information. I was told someone would get back to me. Was I surprised when I received a call from Steve. He said he could be out in 20 minutes. He was in and out in less than 1 hour. This is customer service! I will definitely be saving his information for future plumbing issues.
