Huge shout out to Nick for coming to our rescue the day after Thanksgiving. Not only did he solve our plumbing issues, but he was kind, personable, and timely. He seems to really enjoy what he does and is very knowledgeable. It felt like we were welcoming a friend into our home to help not a stranger.
All of our toilets would not flush on a Sunday. I called Roto Rooter and Zack came over within 2 hours. He fixed our issue, was very professional and kind. The price for a weekend visit was so reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
We were in a pickle with a broken valve that controls a main irrigation line. Roto Rooter was Johnny on the spot and worked closely with the city of Talent. They placed a rush on the ordering of the parts we needed and completed in a timely manner.
