Osage Plumbing, HVAC, AC & Furnace Repair

We have paid Osage over $17k this year. Beware of all of their solicited reviews. After any interaction with you they solicit reviews, but if you have any kind of legitimate problem with their work they'll give you the middle finger. A few weeks ago we hired Osage to repair an emergency leak on our hot water line, which we could hear spraying in the wall. The plumber they sent over not only didn't have any tools (he had to borrow mine), but he also completely lacked the skill set to detect where the leak was. All he did was cut open our walls and left the problem completely unresolved. First, before cutting open our walls, he should have told us this type of leak was beyond his area of expertise. We didn't hire some shmoe to cut open our walls and peak around. The actual leak detection company came with proper scopes and listening devices and found the leak in less than an hour without damaging our walls at all. Osage left holes in our walls and didn't even detect the leak, but still charged us as if they had done the work we hired them for. They came unprepared, and when I complained that they didn't provide the service I hired them for, they made up some crap about not having x-ray vision. Our experience was that they sent a guy who wasn't qualified, didn't have the tools or skills, and all he did was damage our custom walls in 3 different rooms only to leave us with zero new information. We previously had them repair our HVAC and later replace the entire system, which they overpriced by $5000. Then they charged me $250 for a thermostat they didn't even install because I already had the same one installed. Then the financing offer I was supposed to get--6 months interest free-- isn't even on the loan. Everything about this company has been dishonest and skeezy. Between soliciting reviews to inflate themselves on Google, to denying me a partial refund since they didn't do the job I hired them to do, we had a terrible experience with Osage and cannot recommend anyone do business with them. After I replied to the owner who asked for our review she gave me the middle finger instead of a partial refund (I didn't even ask for more than $150 after paying them $17k+ this year alone). Then lacees husband messaged to ask why I felt the way I did, and he then ignored my response entirely. These are the kinds of business owners who pretend to be "the little guy" but they're no different, and even less honest, than the mega corporations we all hate. It was a terrible experience to have someone so significantly damage my house and my artwork and not even acknowledge or apologize for the bad experience, but instead use formulaic responses pretending like they care while not responding to any of the complaints themselves. The second company who came brought all the proper tools and completed the job in 1/3 the time without damaging my walls, had I not been mislead by Osage I could have saved myself a lot of trouble.

I can't say enough good things about Osage Air. I have had them do 3 different jobs for me over the span of 8 years, and every single time they have helped me, the service couldn't have been better. Jake has always gone above and beyond to help me out, and was super quick to answer and get us the help we needed. Kayne has been super thorough when explaining what needed repaired and made sure to do it in a way that I could understand. Not to mention the price was very fair for the work they were doing for me. I will only use Osage from here on out. They have earned a lifetime customer.

Osage Air lived up to their reputation. I called about my grandfather's air conditioning system. I explained the situation to their dispatcher who was very understanding to work through me while servicing his home. They arrived quickly and took care of the job without pushing for unnecessary repairs. My grandfather praised the knowledge and friendliness of the technician and said it was a great experience. I'll definitely recommend Osage Air for any AC needs.

Kayne got sent out to my house for an AC issue. He was there on the earlier end of the estimated time. He was fast and knowledgeable. He gave me pointers on maintenance we can do on our own and maintenance that should be done by a professional. His customer service was top notch. We also found out we are both corgi parents. To find someone my corgi likes right away is saying a lot because mine is a jerk. I would hands down recommend this company without any question. I will be reaching out to join the club. Osage Air came out to replace my water heater, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The plumber, Trent, was extremely professional, kind, and respectful of our home. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes such pride in their work.
