I called On Time Plumbing to repair a leak under my sink. The plumber they sent to do the work the same day was very nice and very capable. They texted me his picture so I would know who to expect. Very professional. He did a good job. My only problem was the price - $153 to seal a pipe, no materials needed. But it could have been more. The person who originally answered the phone said that the way they work is that they would send somebody out to make an evaluation and give me a quote and that the evaluation would cost $39. Then if I accepted the estimate, they would go ahead and fix the problem. I told her that I knew what needed to be done, I didn’t need an estimate, and I didn’t want to charged for one. After checking with her manager she waived the $39 charge. I have no idea what pluming work should cost currently, but I think even the $153 charge was a bit much for the work done, but I will let others make that determination for themselves.

On Time Plumbing is a great family owned and local company. They showed up on time, were very friendly and got right to work fixing our problem. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Chris did an amazing job taking care of my plumbing issues I was having problems with a water leak and he came out and got everything taken care of was very professional and great customer service..And if any other plumbing issues occur will definitely be giving them call...
