I just want to say the office staff are so kind and professional, they welcomed me into their space while I completed their painting project. They worked around me and took care of their clients through the chaos. Erika, Kara and Cathy were friendly and very skilled in their work. The owners Grant and Becky were very communicative, respectful and easy to work with. Highly recommend On the Ball !

I want to say thank you. MATT was amazing from the time he entered our home. He kept me informed of what was needed, what was done and what he would do when. He got water running in the house while we waited for the new hot water heater to arrive. With a 90 year old in the house this was VERY important! Thank you thank you for employing such a great guy and sending him get us fixed!

I needed a plumber to replace a leaking shut-off valve. I called at 8:00 AM and was told that a tech would come to my house late morning or early afternoon. I received a call and a text at 10:20 saying that tech Derrick is on his way. He arrived 15 minutes later, explained the process, removed the old compression rings and nuts, and installed new valves. I highly recommend this business. They are extremely courteous, professional, and efficient.

Matt and Darryl did such a great, professional job installing a walk-in tub for my parents. They arrived on time, stayed late, and worked all day. Very kind, hard working. They even went the extra mile with added service because we were unprepared for them. On the Ball Plumbing gave us the best price. We definitely recommend!
