We've used them for quite a few years and they are always on schedule and very professional with great customer service. We've had a few emergency plumbing issues over the years and they've been at the house very promptly. They have a long standing client with us and I highly recommend.

Since the owner responded and is aware there is a problem I will change the review, if they send a tech named Josh ask for a different tech. I have had success with Evan's in the past before Josh came out. That is the reason I went with Evan's. As to the offer to make it right, I was the one that did not call him out at the time. Just protect other customers in the future. Thank you *Edit*Spent over $4000 a few years ago getting some plumbing work done. Josh was utterly incompetent. As I go through the work he did and see the level of stupid. I would advise going anywhere but Evan's if they have incompetent techs like Josh working for them. Instead of a copper line off the shower he did a 1/2inch pex. Means the shower runs when just the tub is filling. The water heater we had him install is an ugly poorly done job.

The tech was on time, professional and did an excellent job. A hiccup occurred during the repair that was unforseen. Josh the tech addressed it, walked me thru what needed to be done as a result of the hiccup and proceeded to get everything fixed properly with not a lot of extra time put in. Great work Josh and to the Evans team! Highly recommend!

Kevin always does a great job. He gives helpful information, and knows what needs to be done. I am so pleased with his attention to details, and his ability to fix all my crazy plumbing ideas. Give that man a raise, he deserves it.

Josh came on time. He is friendly, honest, efficient and provides great customer service. He quickly identified our problem and fixed it. We will continue to call and request him any time we have a plumbing problem.
