Robert L and the gentleman that came with him were professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. It’s 4pm on a Friday and they didn’t rush, did an awesome job and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking so many questions! Thankyou Robert and the gentleman that came out!

Although you asked customers to leave a review on Google if they feel the technician deserves five stars, I cannot give a five-star rating — and I’d like to explain why. Mark, the plumber who came to our home, did his job properly and within a short timeframe — under an hour. He replaced a bathroom faucet that I had purchased myself and also replaced a hose in the kitchen faucet. I have no complaints about the quality of his work. However, I do have concerns about the pricing. For a single visit, I received two separate bills — both including an extra charge for fuel, which had never been discussed in advance. I also asked for a senior discount, and while I did receive a 5% discount, it was only applied to one of the two services. In total, the bill came to $447, which I find to be unreasonably high for the work that was done. Another issue: during his first visit, Mark not only gave me a quote for the faucet replacement, but also told me that my water softener was not working at all and needed to be replaced. He quoted me two prices — around $2,500 and over $3,000. I told him I’d think about it. Later, I had my softener professionally tested by the company that services it annually, and they confirmed it was working perfectly. It’s also still under manufacturer warranty. Clearly, there was no need to replace it. I now believe that Mark was simply trying to sell me his own softener at a markup. Overall, I expected a more transparent and honest service. I’m sharing this review so that others are aware of what to expect from this company — and can make informed decisions.

I had them come pump my septic tank. Chris Thompson was very friendly and knowledgeable about how to keep things flowing better. And I also had a plumbing issue where he called and had one of their plumbers come out. I forgot his name but he was very fast and efficient as well

The team at Master Plumbing was fantastic! Braeden and Robert came and did a fantastic job with the work. Braeden had to come back a couple of times to get the work done and I greatly appreciate it! They even stayed late one of the nights to have our plumbing usable until they came back the next day to finish the job. I will for sure use them again and recommend them to others!

We had to replace both our sewer and water main at our place here in Twin, and honestly I was expecting a total nightmare. But Reliant Plumbing crushed it. They showed up when they said they would, walked me through everything without making it complicated, and just got the job done right. The crew was super respectful, easy to talk to, and you could tell they actually cared about doing quality work. Even cleaned up better than I thought they would after digging up the yard.
