I would highly recommend Ohio Best Plumbing. I needed someone to check my Mom’s water heater and fix some old pipes, and they did a fantastic job. Melvin and Brian showed up ahead of schedule, explained everything that needed fixing, and were patient with my Mom’s questions. We had several pipes swapped out and a new 40-gallon hot water tank installed. They worked fast and cleaned up so well you couldn’t even tell plumbers had been there. I also liked that they called before arriving and sent a text with the plumber’s info. They explained the work clearly and didn’t try to sell us anything extra. I am completely satisfied! Brian from Ohio Best Plumbing came out to replace a 4-inch sewer section that I thought only had some root intrusion. After taking a look, he found that the old clay pipe was totally crushed. He had to deal with a messy repair from a previous plumber, but he still managed to replace the entire section smoothly. The job was done perfectly, and I was kept updated throughout the whole process. I now understand exactly what was involved in the replacement and learned more about the roots from a nearby tree that were causing issues.
