Had a really good experience with this company tonight. After the recent storm caused sewer water to fill my basement, my water heater was out of commission. This company answered my online request within 30 minutes after hours and made it to my house within an hour. They helped me get my water heater running temporarily while I sort through my insurance claim and they had a lot of useful information for me. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with our water heater over the weekend. Omer from O&W heating and cooling arrived earlier than expected to take a look. He was extremely thorough, checking all possibilities for the water heater failure. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding all aspects of heating and cooling along with water heaters. He was able to get our water heater working again and provided a plan to keep it running. Not once did he attempt to sell us something we didn't need. Very professional and polite. He takes the time to explain things that are easy to understand. I would highly recommend and will call him first if we have heating and cooling needs in the future.

I can’t say enough with Omer. He fixed my AC and it is working perfectly. He was so timely, thorough, and explained everything he was doing in an easy to understand manner. I would recommend him to anyone and won’t hesitate in calling g him again (hopefully we don’t need to for a long time)
