What can I say. Awesome job by Isiah from Knight Plumbing! We needed a new hot water tank installed due to the historic flooding we had last week. He arrived on time and assessed the situation and we discussed the options for replacement and the pros and cons of going with a larger tank. Based upon our hot water usage weekly, we chose to stay with the same size tank. Answered all my questions, was done in no time and made sure the installation was neat and tidy. Made sure everything was cleaned up when finished. Hot water tank is working beautifully! Knight Plumbing will be our go to plumbing company! Definitely will recommend to friends and neighbors. Once again, great job, we're extremely satisfied. Thanks again!

They are incredible. Very fast scheduling my appointment, very friendly and easy to talk with the plumber, he knew exactly what he was doing in replacing my requested part's and the job was not labor intensive. Cleaned up after the job was completed and now everything is working properly again. I would most definitely do business with them again. August 7, 2025 I've recently scheduled with Knight Plumbing, Inc. to fix yet another new toilet issue. Scheduling was a breeze, with next day service. And the service person was very ontop the issue. Very acknowledgeable. I appreciate their service's and will not hesitate to contact them again, but also hoping I won't need to. Enclosed are photo's of the before and after of today's service.

While a little more expensive than a sewer drain only guy, they did a little more trouble shooting discussions and problem solving, which I appreciated. Including DIY ideas if the sewer line backs up/clogs again. They were thorough and helpful. I would consider them for some other plumbing projects. I also really enjoyed the positive and friendly reception person!

It was easy to schedule with the office person for Knight Plumbing, and I appreciated the text reminders. The plumber who was scheduled to problem-solve our toilet issue, Isiah, did a great job. He was professional and chill, answering my questions and explaining things very well. The price for the work done was fair, and it's amazing to have a fully and promptly flushing toilet once again (especially because this is a 1 toilet house still). Thank you Knight Plumbing!

Update: Just like a lot of residents here in Milwaukee, we flooded, losing our water heater 😫. Knight Plumbing was able to get our damaged unit pulled and replaced within a couple of days! Update: Had Knight Plumbing out this week to redo lines in my basement to put them to code. I couldn't he happier! The work was done quickly and efficiently and the area was left cleaner than than when he came! Highly recommend. This is the second time we've used Knight Plumbing and the second time we've had fast service at a reasonable rate. The servie tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to locate our leak and correct it. He also indicated that part of our drain would need to be replaced at some point and we decided to replace right away. He worked fast and efficiently. Thank you for the great service!
