Mostly positive interactions and results from the staff and tech services that have been out to our home. But, we were given a complimentary check-up on our system. As the technician was scheduled, I confirmed with the main office that servicing our entire system (both A/C and furnace) was included in the complimentary service, she had reaffirmed that inquiry. But when the technician finished the work, I was charged.. Not exactly the most consistent communication to their clients. When I called to request clarification, I never received a call back.

I just had my first visit from Burkhardt and I’m so glad the previous owners had used them! Alex was my tech and he was AMAZING! Super efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He also dealt very well with the two dogs who were unexpectedly visiting. Alex was able to complete the service call in under an hour (he was also right on time) and even took the time to show me a few tricks on my thermostat. As a new homeowner I can’t tell you how much I appreciated his time and patience. Overall I am super impressed with Burkhardt and with Alex and highly recommend!

Burkhardt company responded to our residence within 24-hours. The techs were very polite, professional and knowledgeable, when expanding the problems with our water-heater. I would recommend Burkhardt to my family and friends.

My wife and I are new home owners. So, it was disappointing to hear that we’d need a new furnace and AC unit. Especially because we didn’t account for it. We are lucky to have called Burkhardt. Elliot, one of their sales reps, was able to set us up with a great financing package. When Troy and Andy (install team) showed up they worked diligently from 8 am to 3 pm to get the job done. All three guys were very professional. The install team left the place how they found it and were able to completely turn our new furnace around without any issues. Additionally, they worked to meet ALL of our little requests along the way. From our quote to install, everything took about a week and a half. An initially stressful situation was relieved by hiring the right crew. No need to look anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and call Burkhardt.

Jay, Scott and Jim were fantastic. We've used several different plumbing companies in the last 20 years. Our experience with Burkhardt is by far and away the best. On time, neat and friendly. They took the time to explain and show exactly what they doing and answered all questions clearly and completely. Whenever Ive had any minor issue, Burkhardt had a professional out the next day and adressed any and all concerns promptly. Easy access, they had us on the schedule immediately and offered choices of dates and times. I can say some of the biggest name plumbers in our area cant even give you a date until you call them back 3 or 4 times, and they often have attitudes, unlike Burkhardt. Glad we found this company.
