Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Wilmington

If could rate this company no stars, that would be the choice! So I called them to look at toilet shut off valve, because there was a drip, the drip wasn’t coming from the valve but where the nipples was connected. They charged me $450 dollars to cut a whole in my wall, just say oh if we can’t get this fitting off, we will have to take the toilet off and cut a bigger hole and the wall. I called my friend who has his own plumbing company and he advised me to tell them to leave it where it is and I will come look at it. They still charged me $450 and didn’t even solve the problem and was going Yo charge me additional cost for something they said I needed. After my friend looked at it, I watched pull the fitting off with ease and installed a new nipple and valve in less than 5 mins. Literally 5 minutes. He advised me never to call Rotor Rooter because all they do is rip people off. They had my water shut off for like 8 hours for something that only took 5 mins to fix. Oh by the way I still have a hole in my wall for nothing.

My water heater broke down and created a huge mess in my basement. I called Mr. Rooter because I’ve used their services before in the past, and I was pleased with it. The young lady that took the call was very courteous and kind. She was able to get someone out to my home that evening. Tim came out, assessed the situation told me what needed to be done., The next morning he came out with a new water heater did a great job on the installation and also helped out a lot with cleaning up the water. Thank you, Tim and thank you Mr. Rooter staff.

Liz was very pleasant and helpful thru the visit. Any question I had she answered with confidence. If she wasnt sure, she knew her resources and how to get me the answer. I recommend her to anyone. Thanks for your services!!

Zach, Joseph, John and Brandon did a good job in fixing the clog in the sewer line. They were friendly and professional and make sure that I was able to get the house ready for Thanksgiving. Shoutout to the excavator guy .He stays until 9 to make sure all the soil are properly distributed.Highly recommended!

Kyle was great ! He knew just what to do to get my water back on fast. I will use him again in the future.
