Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Southern Fairfield County

We are new to Connecticut and are happy to have found Augie/Mr. Rooter. He was easy to communicate with, answered all our questions, and gave us a fair price. We had him hook us up to the town sewer and crush our septic tank. His crew was professional and they got the work done in 1 1/2 days. We thought we would have been left with a mess in our yard but even our neighbors mentioned how nicely they cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend!

Mr. Rooter Plumbing has consistently gone above and beyond for me and my rental properties in Connecticut. Most recently, they did an incredible job plumbing two newly renovated bathrooms — the quality was outstanding, and the work passed inspection with praise from the inspector, who even commented on how well everything was done. Jimmy is simply fantastic — incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile. He takes the time to ensure everything is perfect, and his professionalism truly shows. They have even come out in the dead of winter when pipes were frozen and no other plumbers would answer their phones. Sophia in the office moved mountains to help us get service when we needed it most, showing genuine care and commitment. I trust Mr. Rooter completely and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Their team’s expertise, reliability, and customer-first attitude make them shine in the business and is truly appreciated!

Ca Called in the Morning and they were there in the afternoon on time very Pleasant. Jamie was able to unclog the toilet very quickly and was in and out without a hassle. It was a pleasure working with him. That was our first time using Mr. router and we will definitely use them again if we need services.

We reached out to have what we believed to be a broken hose bib replaced. Gary showed up right on time and was VERY quickly able to give us a price. Once we agreed, he quickly ran to get what he needed and fixed the hose bib. He very clearly explained what had happened, and how he was going to fix it and what we needed to do to make sure it didn’t happen again. While he was here, we had a couple of other questions and he was more than happy to look at those and advise on what we should do. At no point did it feel like he was trying to rush through our job to get to the next one. I’d highly recommend Gary for your plumbing needs as he is very knowledgeable and will take the time to clearly explain the problem and solution to you.

Gary installed a new frost free hose bib replacing an old leaking spigot on the front of my house today. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant, worked quickly and efficiently, and also hooked up a hose on the back of the house with no extra charge. This was my first experience with Mr. Rooter but it certainly won't be my last. They will be my "go-to" for any future plumbing needs.
