Had a great experience with Omar M from Mr Rooter. My toilets were completely clogged and he showed up quickly, was professional, and got everything working again in no time. He explained what caused the problem, gave me tips to prevent it from happening in the future, and left everything clean when he was done. Very reliable and friendly service—I’d definitely call them again and highly recommend Omar M to anyone who needs plumbing help!

Omar at Mr. Rooter Plumbing did a great job with my kitchen sink clog. He assessed the situation and gave me my options and then solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated that he took the time to give me a clear explanation of the issue and answer all my questions. I would definitely call again to work with Omar!

The technicians were fine and worked hard at correcting the situation that was created by no fault of my own. The Operations Manager showed up and was quick to specify what Mr. Rooter would be charging $850 to remove the auger cable that they inadvertently stuck in my sewer line and mis-run and into my septic tank, and that I was also responsible for getting my tank pumped (which had just been pumped and cleaned two weeks before). He then informed me that the other option was: he would cut the stuck auger cable off and take his machine and leave, and I could hire someone else to deal with it. Unacceptable. The situation was fixed, but I believe in the future this Operations Manager has no business interacting with customers, unless his actions are how Mr. Rooter wants to present their company.

Mr. Rooter came to our home within 20 minutes of our call! We ended up needing a new toilet in our guest house and we also discovered that all of our original cast iron sewer pipes had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. All along the way, everything was thoroughly explained to us and we were allowed to look at the cameras so we could see the damage ourselves. The crews were respectful, friendly and efficient, leave our house clean at the end of each day. Noe, Jose and the rest of the guys are all the best!!!

Repair went beyond original request for service, but I knew the added work would have yo get done eventually. At each step Omar made a good case for the next one. I appreciate his attention to detail.
