We had to have a total replacement of inside and outside sewage pipes. Brian and Dave were very professional. Their work was superb. We are very satisfied. We will recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone needing plumbing.

Mr. Earl was a true gem!!! He did not give up on our sewers. He continued to do his job and he nailed it. We were up and running again! Not sure what he is paid but Earl should get a raise! A true dedicated employee and well mannered!!

Fast and great service! Called, they answered and more importantly they showed up. Cody was great, listened to my concerns, then proceeded to address the issue.

I told them i needed a water softner installed that i had already bought. They came out to the house, told me it would be $3000 to switch an already plummed older softner. When i declined they still charged me $89 for coming out. They should have told me over the phone that they didn't want to do it! Pathetic! I was able to have the softner installed the following day by Roto-Rotor for $352.
