Patrick and Paul saved the day! After AT&T cut my waterline burying the fiberoptic wire. They told me I had to call someone to fix it and gave me a phone number for a claim after a little noise I finally got a hold of the manager and I was able to get them to agree to cover the cost. Patrick came and worked with the AT&T guy got him a quote and took his payment. He turned something that would have been months ( maybe even years) of headaches into an easy thing! Thank you Mr. Rooter in Memphis! You have quality guys that are easy to work with! It was a pleasure working with you!

Jeremiah was very friendly, arrived early, took care of my issue, provided follow up information in the event I needed to use the 30 day warranty (if the issue came back). He definitely made a great sales pitch for the additional services offered/recommended. Besides being a bit overpriced in my opinion, the experience was pleasant 👍👍👍👍

I got emergency faucet leak underneath the kitchen sink. Chris Ungren came to my house twice to fix it. He is very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job in such a small amount of time. I highly recommended them.

Patrick was an amazing help! We were leaving town and discovered an enormous drain stoppage causing water to overflow. I’ll called Mr. Rooter and within 20 min Patrick was otw. Excellent work! The gentleman came out at 9pm and worked until midnight to get our problem fixed just in time to get my child to college!!! Than you!!!
