Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Dayton

Extremely quick service and great work. It was worth my time to get estimates because Mr. Rooter was the least expensive for my project. The technician found other plumbing issues in my home, but he did not pressure me into making further decisions today.

Eric from Mr Rooter arrived the same morning I called about problems with our well pump. It was considerably past it’s expected lifespan and had to be replaced. He worked until well after 6:00 and made sure everything worked properly. He checked out our entire plumbing system (house & separate shop/apartment & office building), repairing a couple of other problems we had, kept me advised of what he found & recommended how to fix problems. Very happy with the work he did & the results.

Mr. router is a great company they sent James Chappell To my house for a plumbing problem he was exactly on time. Did a fabulous job. I would recommend this company to anybody who has a plumbing problem. This is a five star company. James was kind and Courteous, very informative of what my problem was and explained exactly how he was going to fix it. Thank you so much.

Eric was not just an exceptionally professional technician; he also is highly personable and interacts extremely well with us, the customer. He was thorough at explaining and showing us the process to resolve our issue and then worked quickly to complete the job. Finally, his clean-up of the area was great--job well done! He emailed the invoice and photos of the task before, during, and after. Superb!

Our plumber, Josh Ewen, was awesome! He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and he took time to explain everything he was doing in detail. He was considerate of our house and our needs. He gave me a veteran's discount as soon as he knew I was a veteran. I don't have a cleanout line for the drain pipe, but he took on the job by removing the toilet and running the auger through that pipe which was very difficult. He put all new plumbing lines on the toilet when he reset it. Iwould hire Josh again and recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber.
