I reported a sewage problem and although it wasn’t an emergency, the men came out promptly and worked all day to find the problem. It ended up being a city problem and they only charged me for the call. Very friendly and professional people at Mr. Rooter. I will always call them in the future!

We had the pleasure of meeting Jarrett from Mr Rooter to help us out with our water heater replacement. The lovely woman on the phone also dealt with my indecisiveness with patience (thank you again!). Jarrett was very patient and professional, he answered all of our questions. He kindly provided different quotes for different options and he explained everything we were curious about. Although the service fee was kind of pricey I’m glad we went with them.
