My experience with David proved to be excellent. The only problem was cost. I had exposed the valve over the tub to where he can began work. It had a leak in the valve. Just to replace the valve and put pex in the place of copper tubing was going to cost me $800.00. Then I have to buy the materials to sheet rock, and the 4x4 inch tile which I had to do after he was finished. This was going to cost me around $1,100.00. At this point I intended to do the job myself and save me $800.00. Oh! I also paid $69.00 for the house call. I appreciate David he was very nice and informative. He is a credit to your company.

I met a lot of the technicians at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the process of getting a new water heater installed. Everyone was pleasant to work with and everyone seemed knowledgeable and professional. Cole and Jordan were especially helpful throughout the process. It was great to have the expertise of Mr Sparky technicians Charles, Tony, and Brian available as well since the age of the electrical panel caused some of the issues we ran into. It all got resolved and the pricing was reasonable.

David was efficient and thorough, making sure everything was done correctly and up to standard. Eric and Sam were awesome! They were pleasant, communicative, and educated me on issues making suggestions to redirect me towards the true problem which was the HVAC system. They were very organized and took extra effort to make sure they left my home clean and myself informed with next steps. They have given me great confidence in working with the HVAC side of their business (One Hour Heating and Air). I would recommend to anyone!
