Great communication, quality work and fair prices. This sums up my experience with Lee Company, I hired them for a dishwasher repair and everything was taken care of without issue. The communication was on point every step of the process from calls to photos and videos. The work was completed timely and the job site was left cleaner than when they arrived. Their prices fit my budget for unexpected repairs and I would definitely call them again from any future maintenance or repairs. Shout out to Scott my Lee Company tech, thanks again Scott!!

A tech came and checked out our ancient unit and our aging duct work (that we knew needed replacing). He was VERY thorough and professional. He scheduled us a visit with someone who would go over everything with us again and tell us their recommendations. That gentleman was also VERY thorough and professional. There was no pressure to buy a new unit but options were given to buy a new unit and to keep our old unit going till it finally failed us. We are EXTREMELY pleased with Lee Co. and will be using them for all our HVAC, plumbing and electrical work in the future.

Ryan with Lee Co Plumbing was awesome. He was so knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection of all my plumbing. He was friendly and honored all my discounts he gave me. It made my labor reasonable. I highly recommend Ryan. 🌹

Used Lee for a few years, no issues. Not sure what's changed but service is now horrible. They installed a toilet and broke my flange (part in floor), so, plumbing maintenance came up and was going to have it fixed. Lee Company didn't show up to my appointment then said I had an appointment for another day, which I did but for cooling maintenance. I showed them the confirmation email and it was "sorry for the inconvenience" and nothing done to correct the obvious mistake on their end. Now, the other appointment arrived, got a call around 630am saying the tech is running behind and its going to be after the time window. I pay for the home maintenance plan and I can't even get anything worked on let alone have someone actually show up for the appointment. Beyond frustrated and disappointed. Really thought I found a good company. I was severely mistaken.

First I would like to say your customer service people that handled my problem with my a/c were top notch. Where my problem is when it was explained to me that my 10 year warranty i received when I bought my unit is no good after just 4 and a half. I don't know what to say but, to say that in this day and age of scammers selling useless goods to honest people disgusts me. And that's how I feel it makes me sick that I can't rely on a business to honor a warranty for its full limit. Parts and labor for the full ten years it was told to me when purchased. Cause that's what I believed it was supposed to be. I am so disgusted with LEE COMPANY that I may have you rip the unit up rather than have your name attached to anything at my house and tell ALL I KNOW not to deal with yall. All I want is honesty and to be treated fair so before I have you take this system out I hope you try to make it right. Charles leavitt
