I was getting the run around from a local competitor and my Sister in law recommended Mr Rooter. I scheduled a appointment and Reyes and his team arrived promptly accessing my water heater issues and getting me up and running with a new unit within a few hours. I am grateful for the excellent customer service, friendly staff and affordable pricing. I will definitely be using Mr Rooter for any future repairs.

I was given one total amount (which I paid in full at the time of service)and 3 months later a woman named Joni called to advise me that I owed the $536. Be very careful when considering using this company. I wouldn’t recommend! Although I will say the plumber that did the work was very professional and did a good job. I was told he no works there. I don’t blame him!

The team composed of Reyes Chavez, Irin Martinez, and young guy Jordan took their time and thoroughly diagnose the issue and didn’t just go for a quick fix. They found the root cause and explained everything clearly along the way they were very professional respectful of my home and made sure the job was done right at the first time. Irin did an amazing job installing our new electric water heater. He showed up on time and was clean and tidy. Also happened to be the best quote. Will use this company again in the future.
