The plumbers, like Leonard, are skilled, friendly, and very professional. They always clean up after the job and make sure to wear masks and keep things safe. I appreciate how patient they are with my questions and they even give advice about plumbing. They also offer a 10% senior discount, which is great for those of us who are retired! Leonard showed me where my main water shut-off is and explained how to use it. I feel like I really get my money’s worth here. Fixing plumbing problems isn’t cheap, but most of my pipe repairs, like when rats chewed through them, were fixed for about $125 and usually took just about an hour. I live in an old house with a dirt crawl space, so I’m glad to have found a company I can trust for future work.
