The two technicians, Bob and Anthony worked harmoniously together. They covered all of the cupboards and blocked off other areas, so they wouldn’t get concrete dust on them. They left the house very clean and did a fabulous job, locating and repairs the underground water leak.

From shopping through install took 24 hours. Work was meticulously done and I’m very happy with the outcome. Only room for improvement was the sales person doing the estimate. He did the estimate based on photos rather than in-person and wrote in the installer instructions that I refused a pressure release valve even if it was judged necessary. We had never discussed it. Fortunately water pressure in the home did not require it, but that would have been an unexpected $500 addition to the cost.

Installed a new Natural Gas Water Heater from Lowe’s when our old one leaked. It was expensive compared to installing on my own, but installed correctly and to code. Worth every penny. John (scheduler) and installation technicians Bobby and Carlos were outstanding! John scheduled the installation immediately and kept us updated frequently advising when the techs would arrive. NICE JOB!!!!!
