Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Very professional, clean, courteous. Aidan explained everything, we discussed the equipment he was going to use. Pricing was fair and comparable if not a little better than competitors. Drain was cleared from house to sewer, camera inspected as I watched. No complaints, great work. Their first cleaning lasted 22 years, not bad.

Had a clogged sewer mainline; Aidan came out, he was very knowledgeable, very thorough and got to work right away. He had it cleared in no time and was even able to help out my neighbor while we waited for the guy with the SeeSnake. You definitely get what you pay for but for the price I was very happy with the next day service.

We used RotoRooter for an additional problem and were lucky enough to have Aidan again come fix our issues who we had had in the past. He was quick, efficient, and kind. He also kept us up to date on price changes for pieces/parts which was super appreciated so there were no surprises on our bill. We are so grateful for him and his expertise!

Absolutely horrendous experience. Had a gentleman come out on Monday to fix clogged toilets. He spent over an hour sitting in his vehicle. When he left, the toilets were unclogged but were taking 12 seconds to flush. Called back in on Wednesday to which they told me it wouldnt be covered under warranty because inexplicably they were trying to classify the property as commercial despite it being residential by every form of the definition. We scheduled an appointment for 6-8 on Wednesday. 1030 came around and nobody had showed up and we called in and they said they weren't going to be able to make it. So no call no show. So they came back on Thursday to assess (didnt do any work). Then came back on Friday. I thought the job was actually completed but as im typing this on Saturday we now have a leak in addition to slow flushing toilets. The second the job is done they are demanding money and i told them to give me a couple hours because i wanted to make sure the job was done right. They then threatened to call law enforcement on me despite their contracts mentioning there are no penalties if paid within 30 days. I am having to hire another plumbing company today to come out and do the job correctly. The managers are extremely unprofessional and got combative the second they got on the phone despite me and the technicians previously having cordial and respectful conversations. Run as far away as possible from this company. Unethical, unprofessional, and rude.

I have utilized Roto Rooter now multiple times for multiple plumbing issues ranging from simple repairs to quite extensive repairs. Each time they have been prompt, professional, and affordable. The techs I have dealt with I will request every time! Larry, Vern, and Treyvon keep up the great work! I had a small scheduling hiccup and they quickly made it right for me. Recommend them to anyone!
