Mr. Plumber is an A+ service! Booking my appointment was essential, I was booked first thing the following morning. To my surprise, I was called back 15min after booking, letting me know they were able to get someone out to me right then and there! To say the least, I was ecstatic and relieved. My problem was their problem, and my plumber was at my house 20 minutes later! I am beyond grateful for the urgency they showed. Chad was able to figure out my problem within minutes!!!! From there, he advised me on some other issues I was looking to run into sooner than later down the road. Chad then proceeded to take on all the jobs I wanted done! Efficient, clean, and a job well done indeed. I can't thank you enough for all you did for our home! God bless and take care 🙂

I called Mr. Plumber when our water heater went out. They were able to give me an estimate over the phone which I really appreciated and the lady on the phone was super friendly. They had Vance come out and fit the new heater the following day, he was great to deal with, super clean and had it done within about an hour. Will work with Mr. Plumber for all of my plumbing needs moving forward. Great local company.

Mr. Plumber is awesome! Found them yesterday afternoon when our basement drain backed up. Chris showed up the next morning and got it cleaned out. Took the time to explain things, and did a great job testing to make sure the issue was really resolved. So good to find a family-owned business with staff that care. Wil use them next time we need any plumbing work done.

Called Mr Plumber this morning when our A/C stopped cooling. Austin came to our house this afternoon, was here less than an hour and fixed our problem. I appreciate the fast service on what I’m sure is a very busy day for HVAC service! Will be using Mr. Plumber as my go to HVAC/plumbing …etc contractor from now on. And would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I contacted Mr. Plumber after being recommended to them for being well trained professionals. I provided the scheduler with exactly what I needed done. What I got was a novice that smelled of cigarettes and couldn't troubleshoot an issue with a faucet without calling a "tech" at the home office. The other issue with our shower he didn't even want to look at because he said "I'm not sure what that is" to an American Standard R510 shower valve. I asked again for him to look as I was able to show him exactly what the issue since I knew it was clogged with hard water granules and exactly where that would be. He wouldn't even attempt a repair unless I ordered parts on my own ahead of time stating he could break it or have to shut off water to the entire house if he messed up and wasn't sure how it worked. He seemed to be in a hurry to leave and I didn't want him to call a tech again to find out or break things given his lack of knowledge and understanding. It was an expensive trip and the invoice didn't have any details or cost breakdown of materials versus labor. They also left without fixing one of the two things I had hired them to do. I'm giving them one star for being able to schedule within a day, but the rest of the service was awful.
