We recently had a new Bryant variable speed Evolution heat pump, Bryant 2 stage propane Evolution furnace and Kohler 20KW generator installed by Mountain Aire. The installers Jeff and Tyler did an excellent job. The installation of all the units went smooth and without issue. Jeff and Tyler were very professional and accommodated any requests I made. The furnace is working great. Haven't needed the generator yet but it's doing it's weekly test without issue. Tom came to my house to initially look at the job and gave me a quote and checked equipment availability right then . I gave him the go ahead to proceed and he actually put the equipment on hold before leaving the house. All the equipment was at their shop within a couple days. They then installed based on my requested schedule. I highly recommend using Mountain Aire.

Our home is cool again!!! 😁. What a time of year for the heat pump to be struck by lightning! It's been a mess with window units, portables and fans... but that's all in the past 😊. After Dan did our home estimate, Tom took the extra time to help see if an upgrade for the tax credit was the right move for us and a week later, Jake and Jarrett installed our new units. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Jake and Jarrett especially were professional and conscientious while working in and around our home. They stayed on task and completed the job in less time than I expected. Mountain Aire has been doing our spring and fall maintenance for years, but this is the first install. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services! Thanks again! Who knew feeling cool air through the vents would be such a relief!! 😁❄️💨

Mountain Aire has been my heating/ac company for years. The technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable and answer all my questions and repairs are well done. Today Dan replaced my thermostat (it was 18 years old!). He was friendly and thorough in explaining everything. Costs are going to be high anywhere you go, but this company is worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Jarrett came out and saved the day! It was after hours but the overtime charges were reasonable and I didn’t feel like they were getting one over on us. The technician mentioned prior did everything he could to get us the most cost efficient part as fast as possible. They were not pushy, but still straightforward. We have a 1 year old in the house so speed was important. I called them at 5 PM with a broken unit and we had a new motor installed, a/c working better than before by 8:30 PM!! Would recommend to anyone.
