Mister Water Heater

I needed a new water heater installed and had a protection plan through Duke Energy. After contacting Duke, they sent the request to Mister Water Heater. I received a call from Mister Water Heater within the hour and they would have been able to come out same day. I was not available that day, so we scheduled for the next day. Their communication was great and I was able to text pics of my water heater and send text updates, which is great when you can’t always take a call. The installer, Lucas, called when he was about an hour and a half out to give me a heads up of his arrival time. Lucas was very professional, polite and friendly. After installing my new water heater, Lucas took the time to go over the controls, safety items and answer any other questions I had. Overall, Mister Water Heater was fast, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone is need of a new water heater.

I had a great experience with American Company of Remodeling Professional. The technician, Lucas was Professional knowledgeable, and friendly. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything before starting work. Lucas completed the job efficiently and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. Lucas came out and replaced my water heater today and did a great job! He went way beyond expectations, we had a great chat, he loved on my dog, and even helped me fill in a gap that was behind the water heater. He explained everything he was doing and showed me how he was doing things and where my main water cut off valve was too. He’s a really good guy and glad I have a brand new water heater! Only have to wait 45 minutes til this thing heats up and I’ll be on my way to a glorious hot bath! Lol

Lucas from mister water heater did a great job installing our new water heater. This gentleman was very knowledgeable, efficient, and amiable to work with. If you need a guy who knows his way around pipes I would definitely recommend Lucas. 😀👍
