The 2 owners, Dan and Jordan are fantastic. They and their team do great work. We recently bought an old home built in 1895 (I kid you not) and the original clay part of the sewer pipe had multiple cracks and root balls almost blocking it. Rather than replacing the old pipe that would have required major excavation, we chose to go with Millcreek to have the 110 feet of the sewer pipe lined with this new technology of an inner polymeric liner. Millcreek has invested in this type of equipment to coat and insert the liner so they do not use a 3rd party company to do it. Their pricing for the liner job was very competitive and better than other plumbing companies. They opened an access in the driveway where the galvanized pipe met the clay part of the pipe near the house, accessed the pipe, did the inner lining (was cool to watch). When done, they put a cleanout valve, put a cover on which one can drive and re-poured the concrete around the cover. They left the job site impeccable and made sure the concrete was brushed to match the rest of the driveway. If you have a sewer line with cracks, do not wait to be completely broken and call them so they can line it. Now I have used water and "stuff" flowing down a nice bluish-greenish conduit which has very smooth walls inside. Roots will not penetrate the liner and I am good for another 100 years! I highly recommend them.

We needed an old ManaBloc replaced and wanted to go with someone other than a 'big name' plumbing service in the hope we could find someone smaller who we would use going forward. Basically, looking for someone who we could establish a relationship with versus just being a number. We took a chance on Millcreek and are happy we did. When Kelly came to give a quote, he was very thorough in explaining the work that would need to be done and that conversation gave me confidence that we should give them a shot. He did the actual work for us as well and it was clear that doing a high quality job was really important to him. We certainly made the right choice. We'll definitely be using Millcreek Plumbing again.
