The inspector Sam was Great knowledge and honesty definitely give them a call. I even ran late he was nice enough to wait. If you have issues give them a shot. The install team was disrespectful they refused to wear booties in the house. They showed up without enough drop cloths to cover the walk area. I called early in the morning about it and still caught one of their techs (Matt) without booties on. Just not professional. Think twice before booking these people look up IAQ MEDICS and their reviews same company! Should’ve went with James A. Wheat!

I needed an electrical job done asap before me having a company come out and paint my deck. I was able to get an appointment that day and Brian was the gentleman who came to my home. He was attentive to what exactly I needed done and the urgency behind it. He was able to get an appointment booked the next day and the very next morning the electrician was early. He was able to get the job done and done quickly before the painters came out. I highly appreciated that urgency and the job being done but done right. I will be a returning customer for future work because of the experience that I had for first one.!

A couple of weeks ago, I scheduled a service appointment with Michael Bonsby (formerly NICE Heating & Air). I’ve been a NICE membership holder for almost a year to enjoy the included benefits and discounts. When the technician arrived, he assessed the issue and provided a quote. I asked about my membership discount, and he reached out to confirm—but was told there was no active membership on my account. Since the repair needed immediate attention, I went ahead with the work. Afterward, I contacted Customer Service to look into it, as I had been paying the membership fee up until the month I requested service. It turned out the missing June payment was related to the data transition to Michael Bonsby. I requested help from someone who could dig deeper, and I believe it was Carrie who assisted me. She was very patient, transparent about the process, and worked diligently to submit a request for my discount retroactively. I really appreciated her effort to resolve the issue and her commitment to customer care. The technician was knowledgeable and completed the work quickly and without any problems. Overall, I’m satisfied with their service and will continue using them in the future because of the excellent customer support.

We have an annual plan from Bonsby. Christian came for our annual cooling check. He was extremely thorough. When we weren't sure what questions to ask, he gave us some excellent recommendations for keeping all of our systems working appropriately, not just the cooling. He was very knowledgeable but also explained things in a way we could understand.

Aidan arrived timely and was professional. He communicated each step of the estimate process, was efficient, and informed me of next steps. I appreciate his service, and this is my second time dealing with him so he continues to be great to work with.
