Metro Services HVAC

Metro HVAC is the best. They’re extremely professional and have troubleshooted some really tricky issues with our finicky HVAC unit. Other companies refused to go on our roof or would prematurely recommend just replacing entire parts, but Metro HVAC has actually attempted to (and successfully) fixed parts for much less than it would cost to replace. Their prices were better than the competition. Their service plans are also a good value, and their 24/7 service has helped us out a few times. I’ve never needed to contact them outside of 9am-7pm, but they’ve made emergency calls on the weekend that were a life saver. Mike and Nate are really talented technicians. You’re really in good hands with them! Sometimes you have to take the initiative to follow up with their office since they’re so busy and things can fall through the cracks, but it’s worth it for their services.

During one of the hottest days of the year, my AC unit stopped working. I called Metro Services and had an incredible experience. Mike came out immediately (without having previously scheduled an appointment) and had our unit up and running right away. He provided top notch service and was an extremely nice man. I cannot recommend Mike and his company enough, 10 stars out of 5.

It's 95 degrees out and my AC stopped working. I called several HVAC repair businesses and all of them were booked up for a week. But Metro Services was able to arrive within hours. Nate and his crew had me cooled down in no time. I would recommend Metro Services to anyone who needs a pro and needs them fast.

Mike is the best. He carefully finds the problem of my duct without cutting the ceiling up. Save me A LOT of money. He performed maintenance service and it is clean. Although this is an 17-year old machine. I never see the furnace so clean. Highly recommended!!!!

Excellent A/C repair service this evening from Mike from Metro Services HVAC: Professional, very clean and polite, could explain every step of the repair process (water leaking), changed the air filter, checked the control panel. My husband and I decided to sign for their twice/year maintenance inspection (Fall and Spring), really worth it! Thank you, Mike! Also Thank you to Carolina and Amy at the office.
