Matt was great. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I don’t know much about plumbing and Matt took the time to explain, in easy to understand language, what he was doing and what each part was for. I now officially know more about hot water heaters, expansion tanks and mixing valves than I ever thought I wanted to know! I always feel like I’m in good hands with this company.

My experience with James A.Wheat and Sons has been nothing less than excellent. Last year (June/July) I contacted with them to replace my 50 year old electric furnace and more contemporary AC unit. They were the ONLY company who included temporary AC units so I could survive the heat, and offered me 4 options with details and web links so I could make the best decision. Their staff has been nothing but professional, tidy, and open about what they are doing and why. My electric bill has been at least $100.00 lower per month.

We had a new water line installed and the team of Gustavo and Tyrees were wonderful! They were professional, and respectful, communicating with us throughout the many phases of the work. Support and assistance from the team at James A. Wheat and Sons was ongoing and helpful.

We have 2 geothermal units and are so grateful for the service provided for the past 8 years by James A. Wheat & Sons. Isak Waktola has been our technician for several years now and has been a pleasure to work with. He has been very patient while showing me how to maintain our unit. He walks me through anything I need to know and has pictures and video to view at the end of his visit. I highly recommend him!

Water was coming up onto my basement floor from the drain! We called James Wheat & Sons who responded this afternoon. Tommy Grays along with his apprentice Michael were so professional and quickly were able to assess the problem and give us an estimate. They explained clearly in detail what needed to be done and they did the work! They had to snake the main sewer line and were able to get everything flowing again. (Yeah, we will be able to shower tonight!). I strongly recommend this company and want to give a shout out to Tommy and Michael for a job well done!
