Elijah was GREAT! He reached out and asked if he would be able to make it over earlier than expected and headed over. When he arrived he was very professional and easy going. The service he provided on our a/c system was outstanding. He answered all the questions we had and explained everything very clearly about what he had done. We signed up for the annual service with MGP and look forward to knowing we have a great company to rely on. **WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ** 10 out of 10! Thanks guys!

MGP has been a wonderful discovery! Their techs are courteous and professional (shout out to Elijah). Mila in the office is responsive and very knowledgeable. They make sure I understand the options if a repair is needed and provide photos of the issue and the resolutions. I do save some costs by enrolling in their maintenance contract. It's been a good option for me.

We were introduced to MGP Mechanical through a PNM promotion and are so grateful, this was truly a gift as we now have our go-to provider. Elijah was incredibly respectful, kind, and hard-working. He made me feel completely at ease, especially around my toddler, and took great care servicing all three of our AC units. His explanations were clear, honest, and never pushy, just thoughtful advice on what needed immediate attention and how to maintain our systems cost-effectively. We’ll absolutely be using MGP for all future service needs. Highly recommend.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Joelle the appointment coordinator is willing to help out it any way to make the appointment as convenient as possible as well as very thorough with updates. Elijah the service tech was also very professional! I would definitely recommend MGP to anyone who is looking for HVAC services!
