Taylor was very thorough and explained everything in detail so I was able to make an informed choice when it came time to repairing my HVAC unit. Prior to performing any repairs he gave me all the options with pricing so I could decide on the level of repair. I also noticed he put on shoe covers every time he entered the house which seems like a small thing but was greatly appreciated.

Gray was Excellent and checked EVERY SINK AND TOILET AND WATER HEATER IN MY HOUSE. Answered questions and gave input. No pressure at all. I will be calling to get a few things done very soon. Highly Recommend Metro Heating and Air and Plumbing.
