I’m very thankful for the team at Memphis Sewer and Water. They provided excellent service, replacing my sewer line at a fair price and completing the job in just one day. Their professionalism and efficiency were impressive. I highly recommend Memphis Sewer and Water to anyone in need of this type of service.

We had a leak in the front yard and Ryan came within 30 min to check it out. Come to find out, I started draining our pool earlier in the day, and the water was going through an old French drain we didn’t know we had. It had been covered up over time and fed into the opposite side of our front yard! What a happy surprise to find out we didn’t have a leak! Ryan was fast and personable and I will definitely be calling if we ever have future issues.

Outstanding service! Ryan and Bo communicated with me, were prompt to the work, and were great on the price. These guys are just outstanding! Bo/Jose/crew showed up right at 7:00 AM to fix a broken sewage pipe on the driveway in front of our home. On-time at 7:00 AM, and I was able to ask questions to Bo while they were doing the work, and he answered every one of my questions. He was highly professional and would love to work with them again. They were done with the job by 10:00 AM the same day, and they just did an outstanding job! I am amazed at their service, and if I ever need them again, they will be my first call.

I have used this company on several occasions for a commercial property , they always come thru with flying colors, although the nature of the work was demand hefty price tags they would beat the other quotes and provide a little extra service for the money. I recently had to call them for a problem at my home the work was done quickly. Again satisfied with the work. I normally don’t do survey or reviews but when you get service like this it’s a must. I called Memphis Sewer and Water for an estimate, and they answered the phone while they were out to lunch. I was told someone would come by that day, right after lunch, to give me an estimate. Bo came by and worked in the rain to find the problem in the yard - roots destroyed the old terracotta sewer line, and a bad repair in the middle of the yard needed replacing. Everything they would do was explained to me clearly, Bo told me the estimate, and at my request (to file with home insurance) I was sent an estimate later that day by email. My home insurance called Memphis Sewer and Water when determining whether to accept my claim, and my claim was accepted the next day. Once I accepted the estimate through an online link, Bo gave me a call and scheduled the repair for the next morning! The crew arrived at 7:30am as they said they would, and had everything done and the trench filled by 2:30pm. I also love that their work has a 10 year warranty. Everyone was courteous and professional and I would highly recommend Memphis Sewer and Water!
