Master Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

Our A/C stopped working so called Master Plumbing and requested help.Matt and Nora came to help us within 1 1/2 hours, diagnosed the issue and had our air conditioning working within a short time. Matt gave us several options and explained each one. We chose the one that we wanted and he had the new part in and our house getting cool which was a great blessing after a very hot, humid weekend. Thank you for making me smile.

Very disappointed in the service I received from Master Plumbing. Although the techs that arrived to install my new Air Conditioner did a good job, every other interaction I've had since has been abysmal. I'll do my best to describe my experience. So, the day of the install I also had a small leak in the bathroom sink. The techs took a look at it and temporarily were able to make it stop leaking. I thought that was the end of it, but my tenant let me know later in the week that it was still leaking. I called up Master Plumbing to have someone come and take a look. Still no issues. The next day the tech called and explained the cost and said he would call me after the work to confirm the card and final charges. I never got a call from the tech after and they went ahead and charged the wrong card of the two I had on file. On top of that, sent me an email that didn't show the charges he explained over the phone and instead the charges for a green club membership which I never asked for or wanted. I continued to monitor my card and confirmed that they at least charged me the correct amount I was given over the phone. I then called later in the week to see if I could switch the card it was charged to and was told by the rep that a service manager would call me back to sort that out by the end of the week. End of the week passes, no call. I then call on Saturday to leave a message asking for someone to call me back. It's now Tuesday of the next week and still haven't received any communication from them outside of a letter with the bill including the actual charges for the work they did on the sink and again the green club membership, which thankfully they still haven't charged me for. At this point, I've had enough. Outside of any warranty work that may need to be done with the A/C I won't be doing business with this company again.

Bill M was my service tech, I don’t know if he was a plumber but he certainly installed my sump pump with absolutely no problem. He explained to me in the beginning that my sump pump “could fail” but did not try and pressure sales me into anything. What he said made me comfortable in his knowledge and I trust him. I did not get the idea that he was just trying to make the company money by upselling to me either. So exceptional work from Bill M. I’d also like to say I had a couple interactions with the office staff as well. Taylor and Allie are top notch as well. My entire experience with Master Heating, Plumbing, and Cooling was a 10 out of 10. I will continue to use them in all my heating, plumbing and cooling issues that arise.

I would 100% recommend Master Plumbing Heating and Cooling - I called in the AM regarding our central air not working and spoke with Taylor who was so friendly and let me know they had an appointment in the afternoon. Maddie then kept in contact with me as to when Madison & Jordan would arrive. Madison and Jordan were very friendly and got to work right away and had the unit working quickly. Everything went smoothly and I cant say enough about every person I was in contact with. Such a great experience! Thank you all so much!

Matt and Nora were personable, professional and knowledgeable. It’s reassuring for anyone to have such a great experience when it comes to something as significant as your air conditioning unit not working. But it’s very reassuring for a single mom to have someone trustworthy in our home. Thank you !
