Very quick on coming out for a thorough estimate. Jeff gave us food for thought on what made sense long term when it came to a new toilet install. We had already got a toilet for what we thought we were going to do in our bathroom and decided to go a different route. Jeff helped us get a full refund on that toilet. Their system for communicating also makes things very simple to get the ball rolling or provide additional information to help them provide the best service possible! Dixie, their receptionist is also very personable and friendly over the phone. When Ryan and Don came to do the work they were awesome at what they do and were extremely hard workers! Highly recommend for any future plumbing needs!

Evan’s Plumbing is my go to for all my plumbing needs, they are very responsive in getting the work scheduled and done. They communicate with every step in the process so not to have any surprises. Our water heater went kaput just a few days after moving in to our home. Evans came initially as part of our home warranty and quickly determined the issue was not warranty-related. Came a second time to try to diagnose or mitigate, however this didn't solve the problem. Within a 4 day time-frame came a 3rd time to install a new water heater to get us taken care of before the $th of July holiday weekend. While we weren't thrilled our new home's water heater died, we couldn't be happier with the prompt and courteous service Evans Plumbing provided us. Multiple phone calls with the staff and owner resulted in getting us exactly what we needed on a tight timeline. While I hope I'm not in need of a plumber anytime soon, I would certainly use Evans Plumbing again and recommend them to others.
