We had a 101 metal drain pipe inside a wall rust out and had to be replaced. It was a hard job as the pipe was inside a plaster wall. It was a tough job, but Jake and Todd did a great job.

I was very impressed with Dalton Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electric & Fireplaces! The lady who first took my call was very friendly and helpful. We were able to get a technician out within a couple hours, even in the midst of a warm summer day. Dakota, our technician, identified the problem with my AC and fixed it quickly. He was very thorough and took the extra time to make sure it was working properly and maximize the air flow in my house. They also have a membership, which for having an older house, I thought was very reasonably priced for on $12/month. I would definitely recommend Dalton, Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electric & Fireplaces!

We had an issue with our AC during a really hot weekend. We called one company on Friday, but they couldn’t tell us when they’d even be able to come out. On Saturday night around 7 PM, we called Dalton, and by 9 PM that same night, a technician was at our door. From the start, Dalton was incredibly professional. I received a text with the technician’s name, a short bio, and even a tracking link so I knew exactly when they’d arrive. Landon was the technician who came out, and he was great—greeted me by name and shook my hand. He was also with another technician (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember), but both of them were professional, courteous, and efficient. Landon reset our thermostat, checked the whole system to make sure everything was running properly, and gave us helpful recommendations to cool our house more efficiently and save on energy costs. On top of that, Dalton had the most affordable pricing we found, especially for an after-hours emergency visit. We’re so grateful for the fast response and outstanding service. We’ll definitely use Dalton again and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC help.

William is fantastic! He fixed our AC last year when it went out on what felt like the hottest day of the year. He completed the job quickly and professionally, and we haven’t had any issues since. Today, he came back out for a routine maintenance inspection and was just as thorough, courteous, and knowledgeable as before. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything was running smoothly. We really appreciate his consistent, high-quality service! Definitely someone you can trust with your AC needs!

Great company! Great workers! My AC went out on Sunday night and I called around 11 on Monday, I explained the situation and was briefly put on hold. When the amazing woman on the line told me that they moved some things around and would get me in, they were there within 30 minutes! Conner was the name of the technician they sent to my house. Greeted me by name and a hand shake, great start! Well he went over all the normal things that cause a central ac to go out and said my unit was all up to par. Turns out the breaker switch in my breaker box went bad, which he promptly replaced. This week is supposed to be really hot so I’m thrilled that Dalton plumbing, heating, and cooling along with Conner were able to get here quickly but also take the time to understand the problem and fix it right the first time! I would highly recommend them for any AC, furnace, or other services they offer! Great experience!
