I cannot say enough GOOD things about these guys! Keith answered my call personally ( no AI rep here!) and was so easy to talk to. He helped me understand what might be going on. He told me what it would be to do a diagnostic on it - very reasonable. While I did not go with him right away I wish I had. The other people were a joke and I refused their work ultimately. Called Keith back and he ran over and took a look at it. Tells me the part is actually under warranty and gave me a great price for the work. He went back SAME day and fixed it up in less than an hour!! Totally trust his expertise and honesty! Don’t go with the big box companies - Go with the personal touch of a small business. We will always use First Choice for our plumbing issues!!!

Keith was AMAZING. Honest, communicative, hard working. We found him through our home warranty company. When that warranty company tried to deny coverage for the problems we had, Keith went to bat for us! He came on time, did the estimate and repairs quickly, and cleaned up after himself! I would highly recommend you use him for any plumbing issues.

Robert and Keith are as good as they come. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely and efficient manner. The leak and steps to repair it are far too complicated to get into detail but they were great. The bill was more than fair and totally honest. I will go to them for any plumbing problems I may have in the future.

Amazing service from Keith and his team! He was super proactive and able to get my water heater replaced within 24 hours. Very professional, could not have gone more smoothly!

Keith and his crew came out for an unknown leak into my basement. Turned out the whole water main needed to be replaced due. They were quick in getting me schedule due to the emergent need. They got the whole job done in less than a day and were honest when I questioned things. I really appreciate the work they did for me!
