This company is the best. Kyle came and looked at everything and gave me a price. 2 weeks later was install day. Chris and Todd and everyone else who helped out were professional, courteous, very patient answering questions that I had. Explained everything in detail. Cleaned up. I had things in front of my radiators.(I’m so sorry) they worked timely and just were all around great. They keep you informed from the start to the end of the project through email and texts. I’ll be using them again in the future for other projects. Thankyou all!😊

Great experience with the Martel Plumbing & Heating! Had a new Buderus oil boiler and indirect hot water heater installed by Chris and Tyler- they were excellent. Very professional, answered all of my questions, and did excellent work. Working with Kyle and the team for set up was a breeze and they honored their 100% customer guarantee to fix the size water heater installed. I’d recommend Martel for heating needs, for sure! Martel plumbing and heating was fantastic. Ben and Mark worked incredible together and Mark even saved me some money very thoughtful of him. I just had another fantastic experience with Martel! Ben and Tank arrived right on time and worked diligently to update our plumbing!! They were friendly, kind, so professional, our dog loved them, it was great! They did a fantastic job explaining everything to me so that I understood the work. The work looks gorgeous and I know our house is in better shape now!! Thank you Tank and Ben for your hard work and expertise!! From start to finish, working with Martel Plumbing and Heating has been exceptional. The entire team was extremely responsive through the entire quote and scheduling process. When it came time for the work to be done, the team was punctual (communicated every day when the team was on the way), courteous, and efficient. As the project started, the team ensured that my family was comfortable, answered any questions that I had, and communicated timelines for completion throughout the job. They were able to ensure that at least one part of my house had AC for my family throughout the entire project during the middle of summer, something I did not expect going into this. Towards the end of the project, they found an issue outside of the scope of the work. Immediately, the team worked with me to quote, schedule the necessary team, and resolve the issue before the original work was even completed. I cannot recommend the team at Martel plumbing enough for their professionalism, timeliness, and partnership throughout the entire project. Thanks again to Ray, Kyle, Marc, Malik, Zach, and the rest of the team that worked at my house for this project, I could not be happier.
