Juck’s Plumbing

Juck’s replaced a damaged valve. Work was done quickly, cleanly and professionally. Scheduling was easy and communication was excellent.

Very glad that other folks seem to have had good experience with them; I cannot say the same, unfortunately. Called them through a home insurance company to fix a leaking pipe and a leaking faucet in the bathroom. It took them a week to provide an estimate to the insurance, which determined that the services were covered; it then took them another week to get to the house to start working. When they came though, they refused to provide any services. They couldn't fix the faucet because "the water to the house wouldn't shut down all the way"--which was strange given that we earlier had a kitchen remodel that required a water shutdown and that their own technician earlier confirmed that the water could be shut down. And as for the pipe, Jeff initially told us that he could fix it, but then he said that he didn't bring the right pipe with him, and then he just left without doing anything. So in the end, it took them more than two weeks to do nothing. Will be calling insurance to get another service provider.

Fantastic! Appointment time was kept, they send an ‘on the way’ message which is helpful to get pets out of the way. Work was done quickly and the transparency of what the issue was, how to resolve and next steps could not have been better. Appreciate you!
