The woman I spoke with about the appointment was extremely friendly and professional (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name). I really felt like the company wanted to help me. Keaton arrived on time, gave me an honest solution, and was able to quickly replace the water valves in my laundry room. The people at Magnolia Plumbing are the absolute best! I’ve had them out to do several projects and they are always professional, prompt and helpful. Awesome customer service! Called to have them help convert a natural gas stove to LP and shorten a gas line. Set us an appointment quick and stayed in touch through the entire process. I personally own a small business and I was very impressed with their customer experience and the work was great! Would definitely use them again if I need any type of plumbing.
