Had issues with a bathroom pipe - office staff was super easy to work with and prompt about sending someone over. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained the problem well. He also worked efficiently and did a great job fixing the issue. I appreciated the free estimate and the reliable, good work. Would definitely call them again!

Alberto and Theo are a fantastic team and their work is outstanding! They replaced a wall heater that was over 30 years old. They installed a new heater with a thermostat. I very much appreciated their professionalism, expertise and dedication. I also wanted to mention Jeff who came out to first inspect the heater and gave an estimate on the plan for a new heater. Anthony was on time, efficient, friendly and polite. He cleared my stubborn shower clog as promised. Nothing is cheap in San Francisco, but at least they made it an easy experience. I liked that they sent a text with Anthony's picture letting me know he was on the way. Nice having a photo of the plumber showing up so you don't have to worry about opening the door to the wrong person. They accept checks and credit cards, so there's another handy convenience. I would, and probably will, use them again.

I had a leak under the sink in my master bath. My home was built in 1960 and the bath was updated in 2009. The plumbing was not doing well. Marcos, the plumber, needed 5 parts, which he had to go get, to repair it. He was very speedy in getting the parts and the plumbing was quickly repaired. I'm very pleased with the repair. I'm happy that the sink is fully fixed and I don't have to worry about the next thing that could let go. Thanks for the great and timely response!

Your company was very prompt in coming out and quickly install a new heating system but they did not fully explain that I would have to have an electrical outlet installed in my garage. The old forced air heater came with the house, I now have to pay my electrician to install the outlet for me at an extra cost. I was not told this and am not happy about that . I am a senior citizen who lives alone. If my electrician had not been here I would not have been able to plug in the heater. I cannot give you a great review because of that. While I am still unhappy that I have to pay to have an outlet installed, Magic Plumbing came out to the house on short notice to show me how the new thermostat works which was very nice.
