I had a great experience with this plumbing service through my insurance plan. The company responded extremely fast. I submitted a repair request online yesterday, and they reached out via text the same day (which I really appreciate as it’s less disruptive than phone calls). This morning, Edwin came right on time to fix my toilet, which had been running continuously for over a month. He quickly diagnosed the issue, applied for the replacement part approval on the spot, and installed the new part once approved. Later, he found a second part that also needed replacement and carefully fixed that as well. Edwin was professional and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I’m very grateful for his excellent work and highly recommend both Edwin and this company for their customer service.

Plumber was kind and I felt very comfortable with him in the home, seemed knowledgeable (thus extra star) Problem I originally called about was two separate showers had no hot water, while the rest of the sinks and tub were fine. Seemed a weird problem but was hoping it was just a turned off valve or something like that, since it worked, then it didn’t. Plumber spent about a hour troubleshooting then decided a brass mixing valve was the problem. He had to go across town (SF) to replace the part that had some mineral buildup, soldered all back together. Well, it made the hot water hotter in the sinks and tub (according to him)I didn’t notice any difference. But didn’t care about that as still no hot water in showers. After about 4 hrs he calls for another more experienced plumber to come, another 1 hr wait. Then they both decide it’s the separate cartridges ( that they no longer make) in the shower handles (that turn on water). I kept asking if they didn’t think it a weird coincidence that two separate shower cartridges would fail at the same time, and all I got back was about mineral buildup. Then the experienced plumber found the shutoff valve (they couldn’t find in condo) in a shared garage and said they’d have to shut water off to 4 condos. At that point, I’d seen enough. So after six hours waiting (+driving 2 hr to babysit plumber at house) and $600 bill later, I still have the original problem, need to find another plumber and drive and wait again. Ugh. 😩

Although quick to service, they are highly overpriced. I could have replaced a leaking garden valve for the $20 part, but I couldn't drive to get it after my back surgery. They charged $425. Their customer support number is AI making it sound like a guy in his truck driving to another job site. I wouldn't do business again and want money back for how much I was charged

Super prompt service, I called and a technician was at the door within 25 mins. Eric arrived and he was super thorough and professional, resolved the issue within 15 minutes while also honoring a 25% discount as I was a first-time customer. Would use again! (Although I hope I never have to.)
