Excellent experience. Installed and mounted the safety straps on the water heaters with no problems. In the process, found a small gas leak in the dryer line and replaced the gas valve with a new one. Very satisfied with the work quality and identifying the gas leak. Thanks again

Plumber Dominic of Ace Plumbing and Rooter is amazing! He thoroughly and efficiently unclogged the kitchen and bathroom sinks using an electronic snake tool. We were able to use the sinks immediately after he unclogged them. He wore shoe covers, brought his own supplies, and left the kitchen and bathroom areas clean and ready to use. I came back from vacation and saw our water heater tank is broken and has a huge leak under the tank. I called ACE plumbing team immediately, and Mike help me to send someone at our house to take a look on our water tank. I meet with their technician Jonathan R, and his coworker. He inspect and checked the old tank and recommended to buy the new one. He went out and buy me a new water heater tank. This is the second time I’m calling ACE, I truly appreciate this business. In 2019, Joel of ACE navigated the complicated ordinances of The City (SF) Flood Grant Program and was able to do a complete service line overhaul for our home following the devastating flood we experienced in Dec 2019.
