Heise's Plumbing

I've used and trusted Heise's for plumbing for probably 20 years. They were first recommended to me by an old-timer neighbor. I recently had my steam shower die, and it was hard to find a specialist who deals with steam showers. Heise's now handles electrical as well - so they said they could help with my steam shower problem - and could handle the whole project!!! (plumbing and electrical) They did a great job, and it was reasonable! Another reason to love Heise's!!

We have used Heise's for all of our plumbing issues, from minor to major for over 15 years. We have always been 100 percent happy with the results and the overall experience with the excellent staff. Today's experience was no exception. Eric w was right on time. He was polite and professional. He quickly found the source of our problem and was able to fix it with parts already on his truck. He left the work area spotless and was finished within an hour. Over the years, we have recommended Heise's to friends and neighbors who have told us they were also very pleased with their experiences.

José was prompt, professional and hugely helpful. He replaced a garbage disposal, replaced a bathroom faucet and a kitchen faucet. He also replaced an outside leaky faucet. When under the kitchen sink he noticed a leak I never knew I had and fixed that. There is another phase of the original spec to do still and we discussed some ideas. He was patient in explaining things and quite pleasant to work with and went the extra mile. The icing on the cake is he cleaned up thoroughly. Not even an errant spec of water. I have used O’Grady plumbing for many years and now they are part of the Heise’s umbrella. My only OMG is the $350 per hour. That is a hard swallow compared to before.

Eddie was fantastic. He quickly identified the problem with the washing machine, and was very straightforward about the repair process and charges. He was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. As long as these guys are still in business, I will not go back to another appliance repair service.

Heise’s plumbing has always done amazing work and I always trust them with big and small projects. Punctual, professional, and well priced. I cant recommend them enough. Erick did an incredible job and he was a joy to work with.
