Andre did an amazing job explaining what the quote was covering, and working with us to ensure that our issues were addressed quickly and efficiently! The Cypress was quick and professional. Maris and his partner showed up on time and we were very quick and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He explained every step of the process and make sure that I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on. Mac-Vik was responsive and able to get someone to my house pretty quickly. Unlike a lot of places, they didn't charge a service fee just to come give me an estimate (although no estimate given over the phone). Brian did great work, was on time and friendly. Check them out!

Tech was not only very professional but also advocated for us extensively with the home warranty company to make sure we got our AC working same day and didn't have to wait longer. He sat on hold for over 45 minutes and when the home warranty company was saying they weren't going to be able to approve it, he fought to make sure it was. We were very appreciative. He has also very thorough and our AC started working right away.
