Tim performed an annual inspection on our home in Westminster, CO today. He was thorough, helpful, and a consummate professional. Tim identified 1 minor grounding and 1 more significant A/C breaker issue, both had been missed by a competitor company whose services we’d previously used for several years. Tim did a phenomenal job of explaining the 2 issues, offering solutions for both, quickly providing pros/cons, and, after agreeing to proceed, finished the work very efficiently. His workmanship is top notch, costs very reasonable, and he is both thoroughly knowledgeable and quite personable. This is our first experience with Fix-It and based on our experience with Tim we will be moving all of our heating/air/electric/plumbing work to Fix-It. Tyrone was really great when he came out for a water heater flush. He is very knowledgable and personable and patiently explained everything as I had a million questions.
