I called lobo tech Wednesday before last, they sent someone out that Friday and I was giving an invoice to pay on Tuesday when they opened. The $150 invoice quickly turned into more like 165 after tax and their upcharge for paying over the phone, ya go figure. They said they'd send me an email to pay they invoice, they never sent it. They also told me they would call me back to let me know what the plan was to fix my pipe so I can have running water again, they never called. I've been waiting a week no call no nothing, no email not even a text message- I will never call this company again for help. I've been without water for over 3 weeks now I called them because I was desperate and they can't even call me back to tell me no they can't do it- they've just completely ignored me this entire time. I know I'm just one customer and they're really not going to care about my review but at the same time this is what I've had to go through so I think other people should probably know cuz I know there's other people out there that are probably going through something similar.

I had an emergency after hours, when I called they immediately sent Brianna to my house. She did an outstanding job and since it was after hours she said she would do her best to get it done as quickly as possible, the keep the bill as low as possible!

We had an emergency water leak that was determined to be a failed hot water heater. Lobo-Tech was out within a day; removed the hot water heater; the furnace; replaced the subfloor; replaced the PMV; reinstalled the furnace and a new hot water heater; and it was cleaned up and working in 6 days! A really great job!!

We have used LoboTech as our go-to plumber for the past 4 years. They have done work for us at our home as well as at a few rental properties we own, including replacing boilers, a furnace and a few water heaters. Each time, they have been knowledgeable, efficient & pleasant to work with. We trust them to do the job right & to stand by their work. Our Business contracted Lobo Tech to install the essential vent, which connects our hood system’s draw to the vent motor. Our hood is 38'x6'x10'. This system is a crucial safety and compliance requirement for our operations. However, the installation was BOTCHED—Lobo Tech under-engineered the vent by a factor of three, making it incapable of meeting required airflow and safety standards. The faulty installation resulted in failed inspections, forcing our business to remove the entire system and invest additional time and money into a complete replacement. Not to mention the additional down time and money lost...Despite their engineering failure, Lobo Tech proceeded to bill us and for the inadequate work and, adding insult to injury, issued a threat to place a lien on the building. This was not just an inconvenience—it was an expensive and avoidable mistake, we entrusted Lobo Tech with a crucial piece of our infrastructure, and their incompetence set us back significantly. Not only did we have to rip out their work, but we also had to pay for it again to ensure we met inspection requirements.
