More than an hour late. Tech was nice but for a 30 minute, non emergency fix with less than $10 in parts was $800. Did not fix the small 1x1 piece of drywall cut out. No insulation installed for that small piece. Was told that wasn't part of the fix. 7/11 - I've called back and it just rings and hangs up. No option to leave a voicemail

Randy from Len The Plumber was extremely polite and respectful of my home. He put on shoe cover before entering. Randy tooled the time to assess my plumbing issues and looked to resolve the water issue in the most efficient way. Randy explain everything to me that he felt would be the best quick fix without having to make unnecessary repairs. Randy also explained if this first option did not work then the issue may be a deeper problem which would include removal of the toilet and additional work. Thankfully the issue was resolved. I’m glad Randy explained each option so that I could financially prepare myself ahead of time if needed. I like the fact that Randy didn’t ask for payment until he explained the entire situation to me beforehand so that I could make a knowledgeable financial decision. Randy even cleaned up the mess he made during this repair process. I can now use my bathroom and shower. Thanks Randy!

Ryan & Willie were very customer friendly, and they respected my home. They made the purchase of a new water heater painless. Also, they discovered some things that was done by the previous installer that were not done up to code that could’ve cost us our lives. Because our carbon monoxide detectors were not functioning properly. We also discovered that our chimney is stopped up.🙏🏽

No water at 3:00am; called Len at ~7:00; Will Brawner arrived as promised at ~8:30. New well pump and pressure tank installed by ~5:30pm, and water is restored. Will and assistant worked hard and respected our home in the process. Price seemed high, but we were very glad to have water restored so quickly and professionally. Good job, Will.

I was able to get an appointment the next day after I called, and the service provider arrived promptly. Brian was courteous and efficient, he also explained the repair and service, the costs, and process. He worked and cleaned up when completed. I also appreciated that as he walked through our front door, he didn’t let it slam behind him.
