I had an amazing experience with Knight and Day Plumbing and I couldn’t be more grateful! Late on a Saturday night, I had a major sewer line backup in my basement, with about a foot of water flooding the area. I called for help, and to my surprise, they answered right away. The next morning, on Super Bowl Sunday no less, they called me back promptly and sent someone over. Sean, the technician who arrived, was friendly, professional, and went straight to work. He got his machine set up and before I knew it, the water started draining! He even went the extra mile by grabbing his water hose to clean up the sludge on my basement floor. Sean asked me to run all the faucets and flush the toilets to check the water flow, and everything worked perfectly. Not only did Sean fix the immediate issue, but he also took the time to show me the clean-out line outside my house and explained how to find it if there was ever another backup. His thoroughness and dedication to ensuring I understood everything were greatly appreciated. I will absolutely call Knight and Day Plumbing again if I ever have another issue. Knight & Day is a great company to work with. Kaitlyn was very professional and quick to respond to any questions I had during the planning/scheduling of my project. Jay & Todd worked late to get my project done on time. Fair price & quality work.

Although they are experienced plumbers, the lack of communication was very troubling. I called them to look at a leaking toilet at a tenant's house. I was quoted at $125 for a service call when I called. They came out and never called to tell me the cost of the work. They went back the following day, fixed the toilet, and then I got a bill. I never approved the work, heard what the issue was, or was given a price to fix it. I received a $417 bill for the toilet and something my tenant asked them to look at, a clogged drain that needed snaked. I have owned properties for 16 years and never had a company not call with a price before starting the work. I was irate and felt taken. They gave me some money off, but this is not how it should’ve been done. I wanted to find a new plumber for my properties, but this is not the one I’ll be going with in the future.

Had an emergency on a Sunday night and honestly didn’t think anyone would answer. But they did and had someone at my place within the hour. Fixed the burst pipe and saved our hardwood floors. So grateful.
